Credit Operation Policy

Article 1 (Nature of Credits)

  1. Credits are non-cash usage rights provided to users within the BizRewards service operated by the Company.
  2. Credits are not cash, electronic money, deposits, securities, or payment instruments, and cannot be converted into cash or generate interest.
  3. Credits may only be used within the services designated by the Company and may not be transferred, lent, sold, or pledged to third parties.
  4. Credits are provided in accordance with policies determined by the Company and do not represent legal tender or equivalent monetary value.
  5. Credits are issued according to criteria and policies established by the Company, and all authority and responsibility regarding their operation and management remain with the Company.

Article 2 (Granting of Credits)

  1. Credits may be granted to users for the following reasons:
  2. Allocation based on the previous year’s order volume and regional sales share
    (for new customer companies, separate criteria determined by the Company may apply)
  3. Additional credits granted based on participation in marketing promotions, campaigns, or other marketing activities recognized by the Company
  4. Other allocations based on criteria determined by the Company
  5. The timing, frequency, and method of granting Credits are not fixed and may be determined according to the Company’s operational policies and service conditions.
  6. The specific criteria, quantity, and recipients of Credits may be determined according to the policies of the Company or customer companies and may not be applied equally to all users.
  7. The Company may provide prior notice or subsequent information regarding Credit allocations; however, such policies may change without individual notice if required for operational reasons.

Article 3 (Use of Credits)

  1. Users may use their Credits to purchase or redeem goods or services designated by the Company within the Service.
  2. The products eligible for Credit use, usage ratios, and conditions may vary by product or customer company.
  3. Credit usage conditions, available products, and provision methods may vary by country, region, or customer company.
  4. Certain products or services (e.g., specific promotional products, shipping fees, taxes) may restrict the use of Credits.
  5. Credits are deducted at the time an order is confirmed or payment is approved.
  6. Any taxes, customs duties, value-added taxes, or customs clearance fees incurred in connection with goods or benefits provided through the use of Credits shall, for consistency in customs application, be calculated based on the same customs duty and tax standards applied to the shipment of parts for the customer company to which the user belongs, or based on equivalent standards. The specific allocation of such costs shall be determined in accordance with applicable laws and the Company’s operational policies.

Article 4 (Displayed Credit Information)

  1. The credit balance, available credit amount, and estimated deduction amount displayed on the service screen are provided for user convenience and are for reference only.
  2. Temporary differences may occur between the displayed information and actual results due to system processing time, network conditions, integration with third-party services, or simultaneous processing.
  3. The final application and deduction of Credits shall be based on the processing result at the time the order is confirmed or checkout is completed.
  4. The Company strives to ensure the accuracy of displayed information but may limit liability for discrepancies arising from technical reasons.

Article 5 (Credit Deduction and Restoration)

  1. Credits are automatically deducted when an order is successfully completed.
  2. Credit deductions may be canceled or restored in the following cases:
  3. Order cancellation or failure due to the Company’s responsibility
  4. Transaction cancellation due to company-related reasons such as stock shortages or delivery issues
  5. Credit restoration may be restricted if an order is canceled due to the user’s responsibility (e.g., incorrect address, refusal to receive delivery, policy violations).
  6. Whether and when Credits are restored shall follow the Company’s internal processing standards.

Article 6 (Validity Period and Expiration)

  1. Credits remain valid until December 31 of the third year following the year in which the Credits were granted, after which they automatically expire.
  2. The Company shall notify the customer company 30 days prior to the expiration of Credits.
  3. The Company may modify the validity period and expiration criteria of Credits according to operational policies.
  4. Expired Credits cannot be restored, and the Company has no obligation to provide compensation.
  5. Credits are non-cash usage rights and are not eligible for refunds, cash compensation, or conversion into other services or instruments.

Article 6-2 (Service Termination)

  1. If all or part of the Service is terminated or the BizRewards program is discontinued, unused Credits may expire without compensation.

Article 7 (Improper Use and Sanctions)

  1. The Company may restrict or reclaim Credits if a user engages in the following actions:
  2. Providing false information or abusing system vulnerabilities
  3. Abnormal use through automated tools or scripts
  4. Repeated or bulk purchases for resale purposes
  5. Violations of the Service Terms of Use or this policy
  6. If improper use is confirmed, the Company may reclaim Credits or restrict account access without prior notice.
  7. The Company may take legal action against damages caused by improper use.

Article 8 (Policy Changes)

  1. This Credit Operation Policy may be modified due to service operation changes, legal amendments, customer company requirements, or business environment changes. In the case of changes that are disadvantageous to customer companies, the Company will provide notice 30 days in advance.
  2. When changes occur, the Company will notify users through reasonable means such as service announcements or website postings.
  3. If users continue to use the Service after the revised policy takes effect, they will be deemed to have agreed to the revised policy.

Article 9 (Miscellaneous)

  1. Matters not specified in this policy shall be governed by the Service Terms of Use and applicable laws.
  2. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use shall prevail.
  3. Any matters not specified in this policy or requiring interpretation may be handled based on the Company’s reasonable judgment.
